2 · Services
We design, curate, and orchestrate luxury travel and wellness journeys. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party providers including hotels, airlines, guides, and retreat centers.
3 · Bookings & Payment
A 30% deposit secures your journey. The balance is due 45 days before departure. All payments are processed securely. Signature voyages begin at USD 8,600.
4 · Cancellations
Cancellations 60+ days before departure receive a full refund less concierge design fees. Cancellations 45–60 days retain 50%. Within 30 days are non-refundable, though transferable.
5 · Liability
AstraVoyage is not liable for losses caused by third-party providers, force majeure, or independent traveler decisions. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
6 · AI Intelligence
Our concierge uses artificial intelligence to draft and refine itineraries. All AI output is reviewed by a human curator before delivery. Suggestions are never binding.
7 · Intellectual Property
All site content, itineraries, brand marks, and curated materials are the property of AstraVoyage and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8 · Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes will first be pursued via good-faith mediation.
